Mojar AI is the data controller responsible for your personal information processed through our website and services. For any privacy matter you can reach us at privacy@mojar.ai.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom and have a concern we have not resolved, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

a. Information you provide

• Contact & account details: name, email address, company name, and anything you include when you contact us, request a demo, or apply to a program.
• Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.
• Usage content: prompts, documents, and other content you submit when interacting with our services or beta features.

b. Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, operating system, and approximate location (derived from IP).
• Usage & analytics data: pages viewed, interactions, referring URLs, and session activity, collected via cookies and similar technologies (only with your consent where required).

c. From third parties

We may receive limited information from analytics and advertising providers and from service providers that help us operate the site. See our Subprocessors page for the current list.

We use personal data only for the purposes below. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the lawful basis noted for each purpose.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and (with consent) measure advertising. You control non-essential cookies through our consent banner and the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer, which you can revisit at any time.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sale/sharing of personal information.

We share personal data only as described below:

• Service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement. See our Subprocessors list.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.
• Business transfers — if Mojar AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice as required.
• With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some uses of advertising/analytics cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law; you can opt out via "Your Privacy Choices."

We are based in the United States and use service providers that may process data in the US and other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, our providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, then delete or anonymize it. Indicative periods:

• Contact / demo / lead inquiries: up to 24 months after last contact.
• Marketing list data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.
• Consent records (audit log): up to 24 months.
• Account data: for the life of the account plus a short period to meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through our Privacy Request form or email privacy@mojar.ai. We will respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), and may verify your identity before fulfilling the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. In the preceding 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, IP), internet activity (usage/analytics), and approximate geolocation.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" information for cross-context behavioral advertising via analytics/advertising cookies. To opt out, use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@mojar.ai and we will delete it.

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. Analytics is used in aggregate to improve the site.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to retain it only as long as needed.

Our website may link to external sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies before sharing data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and effective date, and — where required — we will ask for your consent again.
