Terms of Service for Mojar AI

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Mojar AI. By using our Service, you represent and warrant you are eligible to enter into these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and activities conducted under your account.

• Beta Status: Mojar AI is currently in beta. All features, offerings, performance, and results are subject to ongoing testing and may change at any time without notice.
• No Guarantee of Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, change features, pricing, limits, functionality, or terminate beta access at our sole discretion and without liability.
• Feedback: You may provide suggestions or feedback during beta. We may use this feedback in any manner, free of obligation to you.

• You may upload content such as documents and data files to the Service. You retain ownership of your content but give us permission to process and store it as needed to provide the Service.
• We store uploaded files securely and do not use your data to train our models. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and compliance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with the normal functioning or security of Mojar AI.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access non-public parts of the Service.
• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

Mojar AI integrates with third-party services (such as payment processing by Stripe, analytics by Microsoft Clarity, infrastructure by Vercel and Supabase, and storage by Cloudflare R2). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe and Mojar AI does not collect or store your payment information.

• Pricing, features, and usage limits may change at our discretion, including during and after beta.
• You agree that Mojar AI may adjust, introduce, or remove fees, usage limits, subscription tiers, or trial conditions at any time, including after your initial registration.
• All payments are handled on the Stripe platform. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.

• All intellectual property related to the Service (except your uploaded content) remains the property of Mojar AI or its licensors.
• You may use the Service as permitted by these Terms, but may not reproduce, copy, or exploit the Service beyond its intended usage.

• As-Is Beta: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises that the Service, features, or data will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, error-free, or available at any time.
• We specifically disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojar AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

• We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post any modifications on this page.
• Users have no entitlement to continued access, any particular feature, or pricing tier.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oradea, Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
